Talent Gating now gone once you hit 25. Thank god, nothing like being a level 40 and having to deal with being handicapped because you are forbidden to pick the talents you want until you are level 4 with a hero. Thats a huge plus IMO. Also, ETC and Diablo just got a lot more interesting. Thinking about buying the Murloc skin for Diablo now too. Buying Kael bundle as well.
Concerning ETC changes, IMO you have two definitive builds you can go with. Self sustained healing Tank, or a CC/Damage amp tank. Definitely some interesting changes, but you will be punished harder for going YOLO unlike before with ETC. And with Diablo, you are going to see a lot of newbies using him and getting way out of position as a tank because "LOL I CANZ LEACH". Bad diablo tanks already had a bad habit of doing this, IMO going to be even worse.

I'm also going to buy the Crusader bundle when she's released. That Crusader skin is pretty sweet. How long on average does it take a hero to go from 15k to 10k? I'm gone most of this week and next so I may just wait and gold buy KT.

Definitely getting the steam punk skin, his classic color scheme for that is so good lol
ETC looks like he's going to be pretty damn good with his changes, and i dont really understand why they changed diablo so much.. i can't tell if its for the better or worse (more likely?) from reading the notes without seeing him in game

They probably changed Diablo because he was so boring. He was just an HP sponge who's only job was displacement. It was just a bit bland.
I was actually hoping they'd surprise us with Crusader this week since most of it's stuff has been mined out already. But my *guess* is June 02 they'll launch the Heaven & Hell map along with the crop of Diablo characters (Crusader, Butcher, Leoric) at that time. If they only release one hero with launch patch ... yawn.

A diablo style map is much needed and would be incredibly awesome. I wouldn't keep my hopes up for 3 heros at launch but i would be pretty cool (maybe hard to balance) but awesome regardless.
Now that kael is in, the only 2 heroes i want immediately is D2 necromancer, and more importantly Samuro the blademaster (or any blademaster) from WC3. Blademaster would instantly be top tier with the skills they get lol

I'm kinda hyped about those sonya changes. I was experimenting with her a bit last week and I found her spear talents to be very strong and now they are being moved to different tiers and some of them buffed.
Here's what some guy said on another forum:
About Sonya: After looking at the changes and the talent calculator, it looks like she's getting a huge buff to ancient spear with the talent reworks. Moving seismic slam damage to 16 still sucks, but it lets you pick up the reduce ancient spear cooldown by 5 seconds at lvl 4. So if you hit "an enemy" (note: doesn't say enemy hero) it's cooldown is 8 seconds.
And then they moved the mystical spear talent (which causes the spear to always hook and pull you forward even if you don't hit a target) off of the stoneskin/slam damage tier and that same talent now gives it a permanent 4 second CD reduction to ancient spear.
So if you take both talents and hit you an enemy your ancient spear will have a 4 second CD that can also be used to escape and you still get to choose between stone skin or slam damage at 16.
combine it with berserkers wrath (which is gets extended for all the fury you generate with ur 4 second cd spear) and it could be stupid good.
A berserking Sonya with 4 sec manueverability skill and huge buff to slam damage and slam damage talent at 16 and hardened shield at 20. AND a 4 second CD whirlwind?!
edit: oh also the moved the ancient spear 30% range upgrade to lvl 7 where's there's nothing else good to take anyway (focus attack? furious healing?) so you might as well take that shit too because HOLY FUCK. ancient spear sonya incoming.

I wonder if an Infused Hammer, Skull Cracker, Battle Mo, [edit: both Skull Cracker + Battle Mo are 7 now] Avatar, Burning Rage, Executioner Muradin may be one of the top tier duelers in the game now since they added a monster Executioner to his kit.
I also forgot the WCA qualifiers, which also happens to be the largest purse for HotS ever, is going on and Blizzard just patched in the middle of it. Really they should have known better than to run from M-W since patches always come on Tuesday.
