Last I checked no one outside the mod team knew what happened to Mario except he was banned. Between Draegan, Tuco and Soy all telling different stories, and no one stating how long a period Dr Mario was banned for, so yeah.

Anyway, I am calm. Dunno why you'd think I wasn't. Because I shit in Tanoomba's mouth for injecting his unwanted opinion into yet another thread? I will always do that, and I don't plan on stopping any time soon.

Here's the real question: Why does the moderation team here defend someone who spent a year solid shitting in this community's face? Who said he was done and leaving for good, only to last 21 days before crawling back and starting the exact same argument again in the exact same thread?

Why does Tanoomba get a pass and constantly defended by the moderation team here, when no one likes him or wants him around?

How's about you all explain that to this community before you start doing to me what you should have done to Tanoomba a year ago?

The cause of action comes about when you know you are positive and you sleep with someone. Presumably, these people didn't know they were positive at the time because they were exposed by Charlie. Also, they can be negative now and still sue because he exposed them, even if they don't get it.

If it's just "he said, she said", I can't imagine there would be enough evidence to find him guilty of anything. Unless mind-altering drugs were involved, but what are the chances of that?
