Tanoomba is a guy who enjoys trolling and has a particular point of view that he's found a group of people will respond to. He is not complex or broken. He argues himself into corners he can't get out of and then pretends like that didn't happen, but his motivation is simple.

You know the greatest irony here? Hodj was at least partially right in much of his obsessive confrontationitis in this thread. People WERE misunderstanding him and his point, and he DID have good reason to try to set them straight. They DID use straw men and mock him for being him instead of trying to understand what he was saying. He has no fucking clue that that's exactly the same scenario I often find myself in (often with him playing the role of the ignorant contrarian), only I handle it with a little more maturity and self-control. There is no subject for which Hodj has a greater aversion to understanding than Tanoomba. It's his Achille's heel, and damned if I'm not going to have fun with it.
