You can differentiate between two separate types of AIDS, Between Charlies blood and who ever is sueing him they can tell if she got aids from him and a general timeline of when she got it.

He has a self admitted timeline of two years so if any woman comes forward with Charlies AIDS under two years can easily sue and or press criminal charges.

The criminal statutes are very difficult to get a conviction on indeed.

The civil cases, with their much lower burden of proof, are easier.
