I don't have my driver's license so yeah, it's kind of hard. Icey sidewalks isn't ideal conditions for a piggy-back ride either.

First off, I will back up and second any recommendation of not getting laid where you get paid...

If you REALLY think this girl is one you want to be involved with do the following :
A) Get a better job than a line cook, somewhere other than where you're at now.
B) After a week or two away (get that first better paycheck first...) reach out to her in text/FB/whatever and say hey. That will lead into a conversation about how you're doing, and how sh'es doing, then drop the "the only thing I really miss about that place was hanging with you, wanna grab coffee or something sometime?"
C) Look up GTA/Luke Cage definition of "getting coffee sometime".
