I'm thinking about REITs and interested in searching based on where their properties are located. Not finding a good resource - anyone know of one?

I can find lots of stuff that says "yes this REIT has properties in state X" or "here are the REITs with property in state X", but what I want is something quantifiable and searchable. To get a sense of what fraction of their properties are in each state, or total amounts in each state. Anyone know a good resource?

And people will still say the problem is defense spending when it would then make up less than 20% of federal spending.

Apparently its only 14% or so;

There would be $795 billion for defense, $915 billion for domestic programs, and the remaining balance would go to mandatory spending such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and net interest on the national debt.

4 trillion dollars on welfare and interest.

My mom's accounts set a new balance high today. Its now above its January all-time high. I am still down like 10%. Low beta stocks ftw.

Current news is it wasn't poison. It was "environmental" of some kind. Maybe they shouldn't have taken that day trip to Chernobyl.

Zelensky still has a hardline stance that borders won’t change. There’s precisely 0 chance this will result in anything positive atm. I think lockdowns in China are likely pushing this lower.

This thread has never been a good resource for research, but is a great resource for suggesting you do it, lol.

Do you have access to Galileo or university library resources?

You might have to use a report like IBIS World Reports or something more dialed in and look into each REIT individually. I'm sure their financial disclosures talk about them. Maybe you could take your top 3 picks and look at their disclosures?

Euro is sliding against the ruble and usd both. Looks like companies are planning to pay in rubles despite the G7 claims. Might be a good time to start for the vacation in Eastern Europe of your dreams. Don’t forget the sunblock.
