So they've just completely given up on even presenting a fiscally responsible image.11:00 (US) Biden Administration Official: Proposes $5.8T budget for FY23 - press
- Projects 50% in US deficit during 2022 to $1.4T

Bottom just fell out of crude. This may help an afternoon rally:
14:48 (UR) Ukrainian and Russian negotiators reportedly discussing pause in hostilities as part of deal along with Ukraine abandoning NATO membership - FT
- Ukraine would potentially be allowed to join EU as part of agreement
- The West reportedly remain concerned that a pause in hostilities would allow Russia to replenish his forces
Current news is it wasn't poison. It was "environmental" of some kind. Maybe they shouldn't have taken that day trip to Chernobyl. So how did we go to the negotiators were poisoned and their faces peeling off to... peace in ukraine?
Zelensky still has a hardline stance that borders won’t change. There’s precisely 0 chance this will result in anything positive atm. I think lockdowns in China are likely pushing this lower. This may help an afternoon rally:

I'm thinking about REITs and interested in searching based on where their properties are located. Not finding a good resource - anyone know of one?
I can find lots of stuff that says "yes this REIT has properties in state X" or "here are the REITs with property in state X", but what I want is something quantifiable and searchable. To get a sense of what fraction of their properties are in each state, or total amounts in each state. Anyone know a good resource?
