Made a long reply and decided to replace with...Bought TSLA $320P. It seemed to have risen after Trump's election on pure hopium, so for it rise higher than that on earnings doesn't make sense to me. I think if earnings are good, it's priced in already
The scale of the reach is kind of hard to fully appreciate.Just when you start to think Facebook is for boomers and dying:
META- Family daily active people (DAP) 3.35B, +5.0% y/y - Source TradeTheNews.com
3.35 BILLION active people per day!! That is insane.

Bless you, I just don't have the energy for this battle. I shouldnt have engaged, it's my largest position its the ONLY stock that truly has me excited for the future. Want to short against me I don't fault you that one bit because it could go to zero. Just based on your posts I don't think you really understand the dynamics at play, which whether you are a bull or a bear is important to making good decisions with properly weighed risk/reward outcomes.TSLA market cap 11/5/2024: 805.7 billion
TSLA market cap 12/10/2024: 1.284 trillion
60% gain on what? Not to mention it got as high as 1.566 trillion.
The fact that TSLA missed earnings and went up is ridiculous

Pat clearly understands, just like every gamer does, that having access to tons of compute makes programmers lazy.Pat Gelsinger on LinkedIn: Wisdom – Learning the lessons I thought I already knew The response to… | 271 comments

FTFYThey're going to beat us because they're going to steal everything our devs create and reproduce it cheaply.
I have a hard time believing that’s accurate but I assume I am misunderstanding it.Just when you start to think Facebook is for boomers and dying:

Zuck was on Rogan recently and said something like 1 or 2B a day, but 3.5b monthly. Obscene.I have a hard time believing that’s accurate but I assume I am misunderstanding it.
1 in 2 humans interacts with Facebook daily?
Yeah if WhatsApp is included then I actually would find the numbers believable. I’m just skeptical that 1 in 3 or whatever humans use Facebook daily but maybe I’m just not in that demographicKeeping mindful, this encompasses all of their platforms. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
The US is in its own weird microcosm of text messaging talking about blue and green bubble nonsense confined in the Apple / Android ecosystems. You go basically anywhere else in the world and EVERYONE has WhatsApp on their phones. They were first to market with basically free international texts, calls, and video chats (even beating out Facetime). I was living up the expat life 15yrs ago and it was the go-to for everyone to keep in touch with group messages, and more importantly, keeping up with friends and family abroad. It communicates on any device and isnt hamstrung by OS ecosystem.

This is looking like a very prescient post so far.The more NVDA keeps retesting this 200D, the higher risk it fails meaningfully.
It tanked down afterhours last night, and has hit it again in the pre this morning. Morgan Stanley has cut its price target.
