"86% of shares are shorted (by hedge funds)) and 14% are being longed"

This is the only part of that message that needs to be read to realize you are dealing with an actual retard whose understands nothing of what he is talking about. Hard for me to come up with a lay analogy that would be sufficiently idiotic for comparison. In case we have anyone sufficiently challenged, all shares of a company are "longed" by someone.

Impossible! The shorted shares are floating in the nether, waiting for the Burning Legion to set them free!

SPACs dont care about your stinky SPY. They roll to the beat of their own drummer.
I added to pretty much all of my SPACs on Friday's sell-off. Particularly proud of my XPOA add at 10.60.

Think I am 6 figures deep across half a dozen spacs now. I am happy where I am.

I had also added JMIA in the selling Fri for an entry of ~57. Premarket was strong, but sold off this morning pretty hard. Cut it at 58 for minor profit. It has rocketed up to 64+ late trading today. Kicking myself, but you can't win them all.

I got in at .71, going to hold it a little bit longer as I still think it'll get some more bumps, especially with all the chatter of the senate taking on legalization
Let us pray your tendies are infinite.

Ok, first SPAC purchased. BTNB at 12.20
Now go read why you bought it. Look up the founders who brought the SPAC public. It is probably the most important factor in choosing a SPAC. That and what sector they are hunting in.

And if not this Friday, surely next Friday. Unless it's not, then it'll probably be the following Friday.

I bought it bc you guys recommended it! But seriously, I've been watching youtube vids about SPACs all day.

One of the biggest disadvantages to SPACs seems to be that the recent influx of SPACs is making it harder for them to pair with good acquisitions. I.e. there are more SPACs than there are good companies looking for a SPAC.

Based on that, what you guys said about who the SPAC is managed by seems super important. Not just that a SPAC has a competent manager, but maybe someone with name recognition who could help bring attention to the SPAC.

BTNB is early days (i.e. good time to get in), and Peter Thiel is involved, so seemed reasonably safe with big potential upside.
