I'm wondering if some well payed lawyers are telling him that the proper move is to hold a bit and make sure you lose some. A lot of powerful people hate this man and I wouldn't be surprised if he's investigated my multiple agencies.

Was he really the one who started the “lol look how much shorts these dumb fucks have” though? I think that was a different guy. DFV was the “I think GameStop can make a comeback with digital sales!” guy. I didn’t follow who did what super close but the short speculation I saw was someone else, maybe DFV got on that train later and I didn’t see it.

That doesn’t make sense, they’re going to be the same pissed off at their losses whether DFV makes a metric shit ton or an imperial shit ton. I’m not sure why lawyers would advise him to make less. The losses happened regardless of what he walks away with.

i'm no lawyer but I believe a marginal loss would show he wasn't involved in a "pump and dump" scheme, since he didn't dump all of it when he could have. I'm just musing though, could be completely wrong. He's smart and must know it's over, it's not even shorted that much anymore. I'm trying to think of why he's just pissing money away.
