I got into PLTR today at $28.84.

I'm too slow on the draw to day-trade. I'm always like 2 hours behind the low points.

I find the real money is not in day trading but in , i think people call it swing trading? Wait for a generous dip then wait for a generous spike. To hell with the peanuts, I'm ok with waiting a month between trades for bigger gains.

So getting in PLTR at 28.84 is perfect, now just sit on it and wait for the high 30s at minimum to take your profit.

SINO not really a meme stock. But yeah, I had the same feeling as you when I woke up. I bought big yesterday at the dip. Hope you didn't paper hands it though, looking at it now. I guess it's going to track BTC for the foreseeable future.

No matter what you think about the long term viability of silver, this is pretty funny.

Check out this pearl clutching from Aberdeen Standard Silver in an SEC filing:

As of the date of this prospectus, an online campaign intended to harm hedge funds and large banks is encouraging retail investors to purchase silver and shares of Silver ETPs to intentionally increase prices. This activity may result in temporarily high prices of silver.

Bought FTFT at 9.63 towards end of day. Nice little pop into the close up 5%.

Ooops.

Citigroup, which was acting as Revlon’s loan agent, sent $893 million to Revlon’s lenders, seemingly paying off the makeup company’s debt that wasn’t due until 2023. Citi had meant to wire a $7.8 million interest payment, ultimately blaming the mistake on human error.

Sold a few things to buy more BTC, RIOT and MARA today. Pretty good day.

Has anybody asked the mods to look into adding a ticker lookup so when we hover over symbols it shows us the current prices?

Check out PHUN if you're looking for other BTC plays that aren't as mature.

Hey Sanrith Descartes Sanrith Descartes Fogel Fogel and Jysin Jysin

What do you guys make of this: SEC FORM 4

Seems like the CEO was just granted 39 billion stock options which are fully vested and can be exercised at any time and 1.1 billion shares of common stock.

Is it big news or nothing? Reddit seems hyped about it, but I've learned not to trust that board much.

Those are the founder's shares. Notice the 1 penny price. I'm guessing this is the swap of shares due to the closing of the reverse merger.

When you found a company you tend to issue the Founders shares at a penny for tax purposes. At least that is my guess.

I see the "employee stock" but what about the billion shares of common stock?

It allows him to buy 39 billion common shares at .0001 cents each, and sell immediately at market, so long as he doesn’t own 20% or more of the common stock at any given time. At current stock value he’ll be able to milk 163.8 million from soon to be bag holders.

Table II box 7 shows the Employee stock option is exercised into the derivative of common stock.

Ok, so you're reading it as a bearish sign for investors? He's going to cash out and leave everyone with seriously devalued stock?

Wouldn’t you? Hell do it again if he can. These sort of antics are exactly how penny stocks become penny stocks.
