I don't know how people are holding that. I'll make my money study and not on a fad. I guess you could call AMD a fad (for now), but I've been a long time shareholder in it. Not my fault the rest of the market woke up.

At least AMD is based in the reality that they are kicking their competitions ass and have a lot of potential market to take from them. AMC however is a joke. They’re going to get shut down again. The lockdowns are coming.

Sell some puts on it until it goes back down. Can get the 21 strike 8/13 for .26 premium which is 1% ROR and if you do get assigned you get what you wanted at a discount

WMT been moving ahead of earnings and possible lockdown talk. Broke a 13 week high.

GEVO at a pretty nice entry point if youre into taking long positions on renewable energy/agriculture/green etc plays. Eearnings on friday could dip further in short term though.
Yesterday 8/9 they signed binding, definitive agreements with BP Canada Energy Marketing Corp. and BP Products North America Inc. (collectively, “bp” ) for the sale of NW Iowa RNG’s production .. The RNG is expected to be sold into the California market under dispensing agreements bp has in place with Clean Energy Fuels Corp ( $CLNE )., the largest fueling infrastructure in the U.S. for RNG.
Deals with major partners including Delta airlines, Total aviation, Lufthansa aviation, Virgin Australia to name a few.

Think i also like WWR (Westwater Resources) long, US Gov declared graphite a critical resource, as the United States is 100 percent reliant on imports for graphite, which is used to make advanced batteries for cellphones, laptops, and hybrid and electric cars. China produces over 60 percent of the world’s graphite and almost all of the world’s production of high-purity graphite needed for rechargeable batteries.

anyway.. been a damn good week over at $OCGN without news announcement for Canada EUA/WHO approvals. up over 3k again today, ~6k the last 4 trading days. god damn 8/13 calls i bought this morning are +187% . sure wish i bought more
