Thats what makes the contrarian in me interested, and why I'm considering buying them along with JPM. Wells Fargo was the worst performer for years, then had a tremendous 2021. Their problems were obvious and pretty egregious, and what I'm really asking is if anyone has any better insight into whether the underperformance of Citi is something structural that isn't going to improve going forward, or if rising rates might help them get over some of their weaknesses and close the gap between their's and JPM's profitability.
CNBC had an article Thursday or yesterday about Jane Fraser first year as CEO. It wasn’t very flattering of Citi.

Facebook is not a commodity, I think you mean equities? And banks can’t have prop desks.

Morgan Stanley is part of JPM, whether those financials intermingle i don't know but i would assume they do.

Correct, Morgan Stanley is not part of JPM. Morgan of Morgan Stanley was JP Morgan kid or grandkid or something though, but it’s a separate company.

I see the AR as being valuable but not with the Second Life type of recreation shit. I can see its value as a learning tool, lab tool, business applications etc. That will be where it makes its bones if they get this shit to really work.
I can’t be specific but I’ll give one example where I actually found the idea of AR useful - wiring airplanes. Requires tons of wires in the miles. AR helps with installation by being able to overlay directly where to run and connect these wires. Thought it was a cool idea. Not sure if it ever panned out.

I agree that there can be business and other applications where it can really thrive. I just don't see the recreational aspect being that driver.

Yeah I’d definitely agree. VR and AR have always seemed gimmicky from a recreation perspective to me as well.

Kids can’t even play video games these days without being groomed by pedophiles. Imagine having to deal with that back in the EQ days

The only thing we had to worry about in EQ days were the manginas.

We don’t even have to worry about that anymore these days - men are open to pretending to be women, they don’t even try to hide it.

Roblox is truly a shit platform and anyone with common sense should be 100% opposed to it. Its really not too different from how the idealized version of NFTs is unimaginable tyranny.;

Also the pedophile aspect should shock no one with a brain. Literally every platform developed around kids is filled with pedos to take advantage of them, see Habbo Hotel;
