Some of the shit shows included pointer usage. I get that pointers are confusing when you start going double or triple pointers, but they're doing shit like throwing random * and & around hoping something works. You know .. shit you did when you were first learning them. I'm not even sure they teach pointers at this point.

I've probably only used pointers a handful of times in my professional career (lots when I was self teaching C++). I graduated collage in 2007 and I only had a couple of class that were C based, even back then everything was mostly Java.

Lmao that’s scary. At least they can understand pointers in c. My new hires can’t understand writing a junit test in java
