If they'd really dug into the comic they could have made it something good that stood out. Most superhero movies and shows don't really dig into the underlying questions that these kind of things would mean for society. I guess this didn't either, but it could have.isn't there enough of leotard wearing trash superhero crap on tv already?

After watching it in it's entirety, the only really good entertaining parts to me were when they had flash backs to how they became super heroes. The rest just seemed like filler. Ie. The origination story should have been the entirety of season 1.Started watching this the other day then someone recommend The Boys which is also gay superhero garbage but way way way way more entertaining. So if you are thinking of watching this don't it sucks shit.
