More proof of my view that the media drives all these stories, does so exclusively for ratings, and that's why US media are scum sucking worthless pigs profiting off death and tragedy at the expense of law, order, justice, reason and the American public.

television news isn't really news, it's entertainment. we'd have to roll back tv journalism 40ish years for it to be 1/2 news and 1/2 entertainment.

No odds are TM would have done a home invasion sometime in the next few years and killed the people living in the home, and been sentenced to life or the death penalty. All GZ did was save some poor woman and her children's lives.

Yeah me too. It is actually my wife's aunt, so I haven't paid too close attention to the details. They assure me it is some fancy place, hell they are even making me put on a button up shirt and slacks!

So what's the conventional wisdom from the FoH lawyer caucus? Is this trending towards guilty of something, or hung jury? Seems like not guilty across the board would probably have been fast right? Or is it not so simple to predict based on length?

The FoH lawyer caucus (aka Cad) thinks it'll be not guilty iirc.

Personally I think it's impossible to predict what's going on now in the proceedings but I'm leaning toward a not guilty verdict and the guy walks. Next most likely is some guilty verdict on a lesser charge that will be immediately appealed.
