Especially vague nebulous definitions that can be applied liberally.

Double points if it makes the receiver of criticism have to prove a negative which is inherently harder to do than prove the positive.

Other great quotes from Booker T. Washington:

"My experience is that people who call themselves "The Intellectuals" understand theories, but they do not understand things."

you may have never heard of this guy cause he said far out crazy shit like this.

"I would permit no man, no matter what his colour might be, to narrow and degrade my soul by making me hate him."

"Few things can help an individual more than to place responsibility on him, and to let him know that you trust him."

Why is political correctness utterly immune to evidence?

*
It is vital to understand that political correctness is immune to evidence - influence and replaced with individuals who have not fallen to this virulent form of contagious intellectual insanity.
Jesus Christ man, did you have a variant rant generator write that twaddle for you or something? I've rarely seen such a bunch of meaningless, error and assumption-laden piffle.

Dude, you'rethe one making follow-on assumptions. "Ah! He must be kidding. Surely he doesn't mean that, right?"
I'll say it again: Trollface has admitted to being a racist. He's proud of it. When he writes an explicitly racist remark in the middle of a discussion about race, it looks exactly the same as anyone else's explicitly racist remarks. What the hell extra information do I have to tell me these other people making racist remarks aren't racist? You're the one adding non-explicit interpretations to suit the mental picture you have. I'm just reading the fucking words within the context they're delivered.

And I'm sorry, I must disagree with you. A bunch of retards telling stupid jokes about American Inventors is absolutely racism. I do appreciate that you are acknowledging that they are neither edgy nor funny. Something like that might be worth saying in response to such a comment, but then you'd be making yourself the odd man out and therefore the target of group ridicule and "liberal useful idiot" remarks. Nobody wants that, right?
Of course I am making assumptions, so are you, that's the whole point you are refusing, not failing, to grasp.

Do you think I am obligated to respond to every single incident of supposed racism someone posts on the internet? Are you? Why? You realize you are devoting hours of your time responding seriously to every point that a poster named Trollface posts.HIS GODDAMN NAME IS TROLLFACE. And here you are going on and on about what he said. The context you keep talking about is incomplete, little things like this that destroy your whole "Everyone who says the n-word is a card carrying klansman" argument. Why isn't it enough that they are ignorant and unfunny? Why do you have this strong need to provide additional labels as well?

I remember the comment, not who said it, regardless nothing was done to that person and that clearly falls into the VERY NARROW definition that Chaos has for racism on these forums. I call it very narrow because I wasn't aware racist remarks taken in context are all jokes.
Definition that I have? Bro, I didn't post the definition, Tanoomba did. And the things he is referring to do not meet the definition HE posted.

Yes, racist remarks taken in this context are probably jokes. The context being an online gaming forum with a history of racial/"poor taste" jokes posted by a guyWHOSE NAME IS FUCKING TROLLFACE.For fucks sake it is like you all went and forgot your past experiences on the internet. Or do you honestly believe that the more likely scenario is that a Korean guy from Canada is trying to spread his anti-black racist doctrine via the George Zimmerman thread in an online gaming forum?

Actually, I've done very little responding to Trollface. I just use him as the clearest example of someone with zero filter when it comes to making stupid racist comments. And I honestly can't believe that someone who can be as well-spoken and apparently reasonable as you can insist that my argument is somehow "Everyone who says the n-word is a card carrying klansman", when I specifically and repeatedly refuted that. But if you're really askingwhyI'm carrying on this discussion, I'll tell you: It's because I sometimes notice large gaps in logic in the conversations taking place on this board, and engaging in a spirited debate over really simple points that people refuse to acknowledge because it rustles their jimmies too much is the most fun I can have contributing. I know a lot of people are willing to passionately argue whether or not Zimmerman's gun saved his life, even though it's an obvious non-issue with evidence heavily supporting the "No, it probably didn't" side. I know a lot of people are willing to argue whether "American Inventors gonna Kang" is a racist statement, even though it clearly makes use of a derogatory racist term delivered from a position of power for the purposes of elevating oneself above "inferiors". Yeah, I'm taking advantage of these "hot button" topics to have fun exposing how small-minded and petty people can be in their defense of ridiculous points. And clearly, those who argue with me get something out of it too or they wouldn't do it. I love how I can get accused of shitposting to the point of getting infracted when these discussions are literally the lifeblood of this thread, without which we have six posts a day about whatever-the-fuck while we sleepily head over to FSR in hope of tits. You guys love a "bad guy" you can all rally against, and I don't mind taking that role once in a while. Call me a troll if you like, but I wouldn't have anything to argue if people didn't keep intentionally misconstruing my points and saying stupid shit that's very easy to explain as either wrong or irrelevant.

And yet, I did, and it was good advice. Advice you should have followed.

There really isn't any difference between what you're doing and what Numbers did, which is to say, come into the thread, and shit it up by race baiting and attacking every person on this forum by declaring them racist simply because you said so and no matter what they say or do they're racist because you said so so that's the way it is.

Its a shit argument from a shit poster that isn't worth replying to in any real substantive way except to point out how fucking infantile you are.

Added: I'm seeing that this thread really hasn't been about anything except Tanoomba masturbating furiously to his own self righteousness for at least the past 20 pages, and that equates to at least the past three to four days.

Why isn't this rickshawed? Seriously.
Hodj, after being called on repeated shitposting in response to super-obvious trolling:
"But... *sniff* I wasdefendingmyself... *sniff* Aren't I allowed todefendmyself? That man was... *sniff*mean to me!" (Proceeds to bawl emphatically. The tears stream down and drop off his chin, joining the pool of shame urine already forming around his feet.)

Hodj after observing someone make a simple point and actually defend it patiently, reasonably and logically against non-trolls just trying to twist an argument to suit their needs:
"Shitposter! SHITPOSTER! Stop masturbating while you shitpost, shitposter! Did you know that you're a masturbating shitposter who masturbates the shit you post?" (Bawls anyway, the tears joining the rage urine already forming around his feet.)

The hypocrisy is mind-boggling. Tell you what, Hodj, instead of wasting time shitposting here why don't you do something productive like seeing how far up your mother's ass your tongue can go?*

* I'm not really an asshole. This is obviously a joke. Clearly, you'd have to be some kind of idiot to be offended at this statement. Remember, the joke doesn't have to be funny to wash my hands of any responsibility for saying something so profoundly stupid and asshole-ish. I do not actually believe Hodj should stick his tongue up his mother's ass. In fact, I am the president of my local chapter of Rectum Protectum, a non-profit organization educating people on the dangers of tongue-to-anus contact. Still think I'm an asshole? Really? But my asterisk wasn't even implicit! I cleared it all up right here! Hypocrites.

You can only make race based jokes on the internet if you're black. Otherwise you're a racist who wants to kill black people.

Obviously.

Or is having speakers too loud on my pc a sign that I'm a racist?

Quit crying, you love it.

I used some hyperbole when I said "card carrying klansman" because the definition that you chose specifically requires either hatred or an explicit doctrine or discrimination. Neither of those things can be determined from making the statement. You keep going back to Trollface, even though his username is Trollface, referencing some kind of admitted racist making a statement.

I'm not asking why you are having this conversation, I am asking why it is so important to you for this to be true, for this statement to meet the definition you posted of racism. Especially when it clearly does not, not without some serious mental gymnastics and assumptions. Why is it not enough that it is a statement of ignorance? Why do you need another label?

Because he quadrupled down on retard, again, and won't give up until he has literally ad naseum fallacied the rest of the posters in this thread into submission.

Its the only argument he has at this point, repetition and word vomit to the maximum until everyone else gives up so he can declare victory to assuage his retarded ego.

He is literally doing the same thing Numbers was, which is declaring everyone who doesn't agree with him to be a racist, the only difference is he's willing to do it all day long, and all night too, and he's willing to use 100 times as many words per post as Numbers was.

Who's crying? I just explained that I love it!

However, no, you're misreading the definition.
"a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others."
If I believe that another race is inferior to mine, that is already (by definition) racist. Doctrine is not a necessary element, nor is hatred (except for the third definition). If you want to argue that "American Inventors gonna Kang" is not a hateful statement, then fine, I'll give that to you. I disagree but it's not significant enough of a point to debate over. Honestly, I have no idea where you guys are getting the idea that racism is only racism if you're actively playing a role in making a specific black person's life worse. That's not what racism is, guys.

I didn't say it is, the examples I used were examples of that, but I didn't say "it is only racism if blah blah blah." Sure, David Duke is racist. because, as your definition says, he espouses a doctrine of discrimination. Doctrine, belief system, whichever it is, one of those things is necessary for the statement to be racist, per your definition. Someone on the internet making a statement does not meet that bar. Not without a lot of further information that you don't have. But what you are doing is filling in the blanks, you're yadda yaddaing racism.

Also, two points about Trollface:
1) He is more than capable of having a rational debate about a number of topics. I have seen him do so. If he wanted us to dismiss everything he said as being meaningless trolling, he would not get into arguments involving pointing out logistical fallacies and using studies and statistics to back up his points.
2) I'm not an idiot. I understand that this is the internet, and people will use it as an outlet to act like assholes because it's not something you can get away with as easily IRL. Trollface himself admitted he gets a kick out of pushing taboos, specifically because they're taboos. The internet is a two-way street, though. I happen to get my kicks pointing out assholish behavior, and when this leads to multiple pages of back-and-forth instead of one simple "Yeah, I was being an asshole because internet" response, well, it becomes harder to say "Don't you see? This is just internet jocks being internet jocks!" If they want to engage me because they think they can outsmart me when I call them on their bullshit, fine! I'll play that game. It's no Awesomenauts, but it's a fun game.
