I keep waiting for the judge to continue by saying...

And if you don't want to convict him for manslaughter, we also have the charge of "Not being a nice guy!" and/or "You look like a Mexicant."

Please convict him of something! -Judge Fudge

Yup. Most biased, most rigged trial in history. The State has proven zero, nothing, zip, and yet this judge is going to allow them to throw every single thing at Zimmerman they can to bias the jury.

The way this is going if GZ is found guilty it will be immediate appealed
The political powers that be want a conviction no matter what while it is under the media spotlight, they don't care if its appealed. You can see on the judge's face she knows that its wrong but doesn't want to end up like the chief of police. The amount work the prosecution put into the other charges tells you they spent months of work putting that together, this was the plan from the start. The judge didn't know neither did the defense.

So the lawyers and judge get to hash out and rewrite law and decide how the jury decides what/how someone is guilty or not? Just put it on, is that what's going on? If so, our justice system is really messed up.

I just read that if the child abuse stuff goes in and he is convicted of that, he goes away for 30 years.

they throw a ton of charges at him because if the jury decides there isn't enough evidence for manslaughter, they will quickly convict him of lesser charges which can quickly add up. If it was manslaughter only then the jury could go either way, whereas with a ton of charges something will end up sticking.

Doesn't sound like she's giving him much of a break at all right now. She's busting his balls.

Nobody else wants to mention that the Fonz still didnt take off his jacket?

Wonder why he was wearing shorts and not the typical jeans. Also, dismounting from skis and immediately whipping out the comb for his hair would have been clutch.

I think the powers that be want a riot. I wouldn't have thought that before the story came out yesterday about the DOJ community relations people. As far as I can recall, Obama hasn't even said anything about this case to calm people down.

Nah, he needs a mirror to whip out the comb. IIRC, the comb never actually touched his hair.
