I dunno if the prosecution is inept. They were handed a Political case with zero evidence and really zero chance to win if you look at things legally. I think they are doing the best they can with a pile of shit and are basically doing what good defense attorneys do in a case by trying to play on the emotions of the jury and confuse them.

Not to speculate to much but some of the jury body language they were seeing yesterday during closing didn't sound promising for the prosecution.
