Killer clown sightings

It's been happening around here in KY a few weeks now. Especially in the next town over in Glasgow. They imposed curfews last week and reminded everyone that wearing a mask is illegal. No word if they also arrest all the people Obama imported for wearing burkas.

when i was a kid in N New Jersey back in the 70s. there was an urban legend about people dressed up in halloween clown costumes going around in a black van luring in kids to murder. this sounds like the same rehashed story.

Edit: Nvm after reading the link apparently it was during a fight (kid probably got triggered by seeing the clown mask and went full sjw on him before getting stabbed).
