There is a thing with clowns around here as well, last week a bunch of kids got harassed by a clown or two about an hour away from there. Clowns Reportedly Harassing Children in Schuylkill County

This area is all small town, backwoods, stuck in 1984 style stuff so something like this is like a major event, heh.

Lots of scanner traffic tonight in my town for PD/SO responding to clown sightings. I wasn't aware walking down the road in daylight wearing a clown mask resulted in siren response. Halloween is going to be hell this year I can tell.

16+ is a class b misdemeanor for most places in KY it appears, often in city limits only. Appears most of the laws were passed in late 70's/early 80s. Doesn't say why but Wiki speculates it was related to KKK outfits.
