Yea I actually like Kassadin's rework, how it looks right now. Although it sort of turns him into more into Fizz I guess.

Power restores double [the amount] mana if attacking champions. (There was a clarification needed here and Daniel Z. Klein made in on Twitter: "t's a non-linear progression from 30 to 195, if memory serves. Double against champs."

Locus of Destruction [ W ] - Range: 1100
Locus of Destruction [ W ] - Cooldown: 1/1/1/1/1 Seconds

The thing that gets me is his ultimate. Level 6, 140 dmg x 3. But, can do 75% extra damage if it's single target. That's like...what 250dmg per shot single target? 750dmg ult at level 6? Plus his QWE all do damage as well. How is that going to be balanced? Or am I completely reading this incorrectly.

Yeah it's strong. Also, the range you get with rank 3 lets you ult into the dragon pit from mid-lane tower.

So the ranked queues are down to prep for season 2014. I was really hoping to at least end at Gold I but I went on a 5 game lose streak after being 1 game away from winning promo to Gold I. Kinda sums up my Season 3

Hopefully 2014 I can improve myself and get higher.

You guys make me want to play Xerath. Ive never played him before. I got into PBE a bit ago but haven't done anything other than preview some of the Lunar Revel skins. You guys make me want to test this Xerath kit though.

There are new league rules (no clamping?) in S4 and you can drop out of silver if you lose. Season 4 starts tonight so who knows how it will work.

He's the new (old haha) Orianna. Doesn't really have any horrible matchups, farms incredibly well, and brings utility plus great burst damage to team fights. His Q + R burst also makes it very dangerous to do dragon or baron with him around especially with the new smite. If they don't mess with his balance then he'll be the default safe pick in mid all season long probably
