Had a game i had no clue how we won. In champ select we failed a 3 way swap. I ended up with kass jungle. ( i was jungling sejunai so at least most of the runes / masts lined up ) our lux support had to go mid. Sejunai had to support.

Kass jungle turned out to be pretty beastly after the ap jungle item and a RoA. Silence and slow are pretty killer for ganks. Getting going was pretty slow but luckily my team helped me smiteless blue.

Grats on gold Buffy. Working on getting through there, too, and sadly just lost my first series due to Riot's wonky lag a couple nights ago and a bug that resulted in league running like a slideshow.

Seriously if someone wants to duo queue (I'm in Silver 2-3 depending on the week and my luck!) Add me or PM me your name and we'll play a few. Generally I can play any role except jungle, I honestly just suck at jungling. If I have a support that's aggressive bot is game over.

Grats on gold, hopefully one day I will have the will to finish up that climb. Btw, that thing that people have been linking the Elophant thing. Is that bannable for using it?

Man I was on a roll with using Fiddle (mid or jungle), Vi (jungle or top), and Swain (mid) and got to 96 points in Silver 1. Then I lost like 6 games in row, 2 of which were due to disconnects/afks and 2 of which were my team composition just being straight up hard countered. Both of those games we were even or ahead during lane phase, but team fights started we would trade 4 for 2 or just get aced with one or zero kills. So frustrating.

Yeah, I am unfortunately back to being clamped at around ~90 LP so I'm guessing it'll be a while before I make it to my next promotion series. good luck, folks

Sold my level 30 account to a friend, so I've started fresh. I must say, it's nice to be able to pick and play whatever I want without getting yelled at by a team for not filling a specific role. It's also giving me a chance to play some Champions that I otherwise wouldn't have tried. Not that I expect any real competitive games at these levels, but I'm getting the feeling that the ride back to 30 will be more fun that most of the time I spent at 30.

Looks like we will end up with Dyrus, Saintvicious, Xpecial, Scarra and Doublelift as the NA All-Star team.

Has there been any update on the whole Gambit Gaming situation for the All-Star team? Right now Gambit Gaming is winning everything but top lane....

Anyone watch the sOAZ/Wickd dual for the toplane spot? Awesome idea. Won't post spoilers, but check out Wickd's twitch archive if you're interested.

I really hope Diamond actually plays. He is so far above the other EU junglers right now. Imo, Alex Ich should probably give the spot to xPeke instead of Snoopeh taking the jungle spot.

Apparently Riot limited it to max 3 players from the same team. Atm, Gambit has 4 players winning. I think I remember Alex Ich saying something like they might do Rock paper scissors to see who won't go. :p Although I doubt it's going to happen like that, instead they'll probably do something like whoever is closest behind a gambit player by the least amount of votes or something like that.

Diamondprox's jungle Elise the other day was fucking bananas. I don't understand how you can slow the game down enough to make those decisions/reactions. I used to watch a lot of SC2 streams but I'm almost exclusively watching LoL now. Even caught a Korean game, KT Rolster B vs NaJin Shield i think.

Btw, I tried watching some DotA2 on Twitch. I know that the graphic quality is way better in DotA but jesus I cannot even tell where the minions are in some areas.

Apparently the system really hates win streaks and punishes bad for it. By the time he got through his series to gold his MMR got to the point where he is playing with Gold 1 and 2 people. Made it through Gold 5 with only like 5 games, it was pretty crazy. The system is a bit retarded with that silver to gold grind, I bet you're relieved to be done with it.

Clamping wasn't too bad for me, I was getting 5-8 points per win in the 80-100 range and I was getting gold1-3 and plat5 players. That grind though was awful. So many headaches and lost games. Right now in gold5 I get anywhere from 20-32 points for a win and the same for a loss. It has been a trolly night to say the least(but I can say having an offnight is kind. Hopefully by the weekend I will be into gold4.

Man I can't wait to play relaunched Sejuani. As she is now, she is sleeper op in 3v3 but I think the rework will make her a top tier jungler in SR. Soooo much team fight dps and cc.

I was surprisingly able to make it right back to a series(gained 24 points to 90, then went immediately from 90-100) and won my first game last night when the hints of server problems hit and I called it. 1/3 wins so far - hopefully they don't have any more server issues tonight and I can wrap up the series. It really is silly because at this point I'm being matched with low-ranked platinum and all kinds of gold players.

Honestly I think Genja should step down over anyone else in Gambit who won. I feel like as far as ADC's go most of the EU teams are pretty interchangeable, a lot don't really stand out and to me, on GB, Genja is probably the most replaceable of them all. Not to say he doesn't contribute, but with a team like theirs I think almost any ADC would thrive as long as there wasn't communication issues. Which is also why I think Alex should go, because Diamond only speaks Russian iirc and Edward has some communication problems in English. I think the European team may struggle communicating complex things in game. Calling dragon and MIA lanes is one thing, but trying to discuss picks/bans and strategy going into the allstar match may be pretty difficult for them. Might be overthinking it though, dunno.

wickd got outpicked hard in their last match. nunu was a total ace up the sleeve. i dont think wickd was ready for that at all.

In a 1v1 game champions Draven, Nunu, and Kennen are super hard to beat. Wickd's picks were more top lane traditional.
