Buckled and dropped 8 bucks on Vi. She's fucking fun as hell to play top/jung. Seems really strong in 3's as well as Dominion. First 975 champ, so I'm sure the others are strong as well. Game is a blast to play (at least on the road to 30)... still only 16, but loving it so far.
Different game, different meta. Hurp Durp. Thats like going into a WoW raid and rage quitting because you don't have a bard.
So they certainly announced the EU All-Star team with 3 of the Gambit Gaming members on it...hope they play.
Thats what my promo series was like, bunch of gold5's and plat5's. My buddy told me that since you cannot drop out of a tier unless you afk for over a month, people who are in gold5/plat5 lose their way down so their personal MMR is that of silvers/gold5s. Kinda shitty to get them in your promo series, but sometimes they just play like utter shit and you walk all over them.
Just had a game with gold1-3's. I was vayne with thresh against cait/blitz. Couldnt get close to the creep wave without eating tons of harass or potentially dieing. Thresh let me get zoned by traps. He couldnt hit a hook to save his life. I would go back to heal, he would push the wave out. Rinse repeat. How can you get that high without realizing how the fuck the game works. I was lvl3 when cait was 6 and blitz was 5. Sigh. Idiots and trolling exists up till plat3 I heard, yay :|
Yeah Vi is my most played champ. It's nice that at my elo she is getting banned alot less lately. I think I figured out her best core build (ruined king + frozen mallet) and I have been on a roll with her.
Korean gaming is solid for sure, but I expected a new meta from your title, not just a good Lee Sin set to dubstep.

Ya, frozen mallet seems to synergize really well with her skills. Don't always get the KB, but slow them/dmg them enought that someone else kills them. Been stacking health/armor as well and she turns beast end game.Yeah Vi is my most played champ. It's nice that at my elo she is getting banned alot less lately. She is pretty versatile build-wise. I like ruined king because of the sustain and attack speed which synergizes well with her W. If my team already has a solid tank initiator I'll go for black cleaver after that. If not, randouin's vs heavy ad, spirit visage (or bulwark if it's not being built by support) vs heavy ap. If I get crazy fed early game, I'll get a trinityforce instead of a frozen mallet for ridiculous burst dmg on my R + E + Q + E combo.
