If Taric has 300 armor (that's a lot), he will deal 150 less damage with a full combo now. That's not particularly awful considering how stupid he has been since 3.14. The armor shred nerf is way worse arguably, since all his damage was magic it actually makes him less support-oriented. Much less boost to team's dps.

I'm pretty sure your right. In order for someone to have that reaction time they would have to be jacked into the LOL network. He predicts those movements before the client even communicates them with the server.

After the Fiddle nerf, would Rammus have the longest cc in the game? I do see him getting played a lot on streams lately.

I'm so bad at this game.

Lost twice tonight and dropped 50lp points into silver 4. I don't know how to climb out of this whole, it's disheartening.

Why do the adcs I support always build hurricane? Is someone doing something on a stream I don't know about?

I don't think I'll ever win a ranked game.

Not sure if anybody has been doing it on stream but from everything I have seen and understand is that hurricane is pretty bad in general. So I am unsure but I have seen a few people myself that built that item as well.

To be fair, pings on the Korean server are much lower than stateside. Pings of 5 or so are pretty common. I've heard students complain when pings get above 20.

Hurricane is bad and they should feel bad for building it.

Morgana has the longest CC left after the Fiddle/Rammus nerfs with her root at 3 seconds (outside oddball shit like Ashe arrow and Zilean super snare).

Zilean is such a fun champ. Once you get level 18 and 40% CDR you can keep a friendly perma-sped up or an enemy perma-slowed. Plus with enough AP his ult pretty much will always bring people back to life with 100% hp. I love that champ although he's quite annoying to play since he's very supporty.

Hmmmmmmmm Support Zilean............Yeah, no good hard CC, but his auto attack range is nice, bomb harass is very strong and who needs CC when you can just bring your ally back to life! I might have to try this...
