So I've been using preseason for learning a couple new champs, getting better at non-jungle, and experimenting with builds. These are my first 4 ranked games using my new Poppy build.

21/9/0 using Spell Weaving, Blade Weaving, and Executioner in offense.
1 ad quint
2 life steal quints
8 ad marks
1 crit mark
9 armor seals
9 mr/level glyphs

Dorans blade -> Tiamat/Boots -> Sheen -> Hydra/Trinity -> Boots 2-> Frozen Heart

If I know its going to be a farm lane I will sometimes get a tear before tiamat and build a manamune after trinity. The more items Poppy has the more likely she will hypercarry and Tiamat = such farm.

Hard to say but Hai and Meteos were both playing at what seemed like a very high level. Plus the constant pressure the entire team was putting on Fnatic and Ballz is just amazing at landing Rumble's Ult for maximum efficiency. They looked like a Korean team in that set.

Fnatic out picked c9 big time in the matches during worlds. Plus, I still think the worlds setup puts a lot of pressure on the top 4 teams due to not having any experience before quarters.

I like how NA seems to have the best Rumble players. You never see that champ played anywhere else. Rumble is so strong in the right hands.

Balls has insane Rumble ults like 99% of the time. They're just aimbot-perfect. It makes a huge difference.

I'm down to play with anyone. I am most familiar with bot lane but can play top/jung if needed... although I'd rather just work on support/ADC.

Rumble has been nerfed time and time again.

Its sick how op he used to be. The fact that hes even still viable after the straight kick to the nuts hes been getting for over a year is kinda rediculous.

Finally got around to playing Yasuo. Yup, fuck him, shitty champion. Never going to play him again lol.

edit:
Although maybe tomorrow I'll give him a shot building him more Bruiser-ish. I did the whole shiv + IE today and it was so bleh. I guess it could be because I find his skill set just kinda lame. The whole stack up Q to use your Ult and only being able to use E every so many seconds per target, i dunno, just didn't care for him.

You'll like him a lot more after you block a few skill shots with your wall and/or escape a gank or two by juking in 3 different directions using your E.

^ I am with you on that, I have had some of the most fun I have ever had in top lane dashing around like a mad man through all the minions watching the enemy be confused as fuck missing all their skill shots, only to then engage and murder them.

Just watch Chauser or Wingsofdeathx play Yasuo mid. Wings is playing him in D1/Challenger and so Chau is playing him as a smurf up through plat right now.

I used to watch Chauster's stream and what always stood out about him to me was how he was like a B+ at everything. He would hop between lanes and roles and champs from game to game and was always consistently solid.

Yasuo is just a very high skill cap champion. He's definitely top tier material and will unquestionably be played in pro tourneys. His spell wall is fucking ridiculous.

Yasuo is probably going to continue to have a poop win rate until we get more examples of what building him properly and playing him well looks like. It hasn't really come in to focus yet. I will say that in terms of champion design it is hard as fuck to figure out how he works if you are playing against him for the first few times. That's really the only thing that I don't like about him and it's a fairly small complaint. If Riot were to release a bunch of characters of that level of complexity it would start to become a problem but I don't really see that happening.

He combos with Vi so ridiculously amazingly well they should write it into the lore.

He is such a weird champ I don't think you can get a good one and done impression of him. He is one of those champs in the hands of somebody who is used to him could be pretty damn crazy due to his weird mobility and skill shot blocking power. Also it depends on the team if you have a team with some knock ups he goes from okay to STOP ULTING ME RMRMRMRRHRHRHRRHRH. Went in an aram against one who had a nami on his side as well. Apparently her bubble works for his ult to trigger off on and he was just stomping faces constantly.

A ton of champ abilities enable his ult, most of them are REALLY tiny windows though. Most knockbacks count, not just knockups, but knockbacks are really fast :p Nami's ult wave probably triggers it too.
