You dont need to finish Arthetine to get to end game stuff. Just go to Vern when you hit 50. I started a new char after hitting 50 and only finished Arthetine while skipping the two areas prior to it and then went to vern and started that poop.

Also paladins are fun.

Holy shit, that's a relief. Apparently pity happens on t2 around 5 or 6 armor fails? And that means 100% chance?

I had 4 on my last slot today. Assuming I get enough mats tomorrow, I'd say I should be good to go for t3 on Tuesday?

I mean, the way you explained it is how I understood it. Got my hopes up that there was some kind of super pity if you fail enough.

Luckily I got my alt to ilvl 600 and finished Yorn today, so maybe I can funnel some resources into my main for a few extra tries.

Some island quests do that but the main quest generally doesn't do it much, sometimes you have to go back to town before progressing but that's like 30secs with the teleports?

That's kinda what I expected, takes almost everything that's reasonably attainable to get 80%, sounds painful. I started farming bananas the other day and after like 30mins I had 2/10 so figured I'd just go do something else. If Moake wasn't a stupid level it'd be easier.

There was nothing reasonable about Liru's rapport. It's like whoever designed it knew that it was the last obtainable one and wanted to annoy the living hell out of you. Took me a bit to raise my courage to the required amount (260) just to be greeted with an annoying romance quest that sends you to 3 different continents. When you're finally done with that and about to achieve your win, she drops another one on you. Two quests within the same rapport level. The second one is, thankfully, a bit more brief but it has an unskippable cutscene and ends with you taking a walk with her. Where you're forced to walk and can't run. Whoever designed that should apply for a position in a deep layer of hell as its truly torturous.

On a more serious note though, banana farming was king for me. I ended up farming extra because the drop rate for the collectibes was insane there. I sold a whole bunch and making a good profit (lol at people buying the purple one for 10k on East - whales gonna whale I guess!).

If you're definitely coming back we'll be happy to hold your spot if you can find a minute a day to log in and donate silver and support the current research. The faster we level the sooner we can stop worrying about the cap.

I'm playing from Japan with 140 ping. It's not terrible, but if it hits 200+, it's /really/ noticeable that I get hit by stuff I feel I clearly dodged, and you get dragged back across the screen to whatever you got hit by.

Followed the Island guide for Tier 2 and got up to 1020 (+11) and now I'm all out of materials. Will take a while to get the last +4.

Man I fucking hate doing tower on bard and paladin. It's a bit better on paladin but it's still really fucking shit. It's night and day compared to standard DPS classes(and even within those there's large differences, my shadowhunter basically shits on everything since you can just ult > demon form every floor). Sucks cause there's so many upgrade mats in it, but it's so painful on supports I need to wait until I'm way overgeared and can't really do the last few ones. I struggled a fair bit doing floor 45 on Bard cause I was running out of time until I got to like 590.

Imagine for a moment if instead of unlimited entries, and a full heal and item/ult replenish after every floor, that you received 3 tickets per day, that you could use for tower, cube (for silver, cuz silver was rare and things like respecs costs 30k a pop) or platinum fields for mats to craft stuff to make gold (also rare, no Una bags etc).
