Nothing wrong with that. Alts save a bit of time and become an important part of the game in T3. With that being said, it's an MMO with a lot of shit to do. Play it the way that makes you happy and progress at your own pace.

I saw the whales on twitch spending 8k (from their mouth) to get to +15 tier 3 (I think).

Here I am contemplating spending 40 bucks on a gem box...

They can all be tracked. Only 7 quests can be tracked at a time, however.

Since no one answered, it's not tied to stronghold level, just tied to ilvl progress. Once you reach 802(yorn chaos dungeon drops) you get the upgrades to make T1 cost 20% less shards and have 20% success chance on honing. Once you get to 1302(punika chaos dungeon drops), you get upgrades to do the same thing for T2. Basically it's to make alts leveling easier. It appears at the bottom of the lab research list once you reach the tresholds. There's one for early T3 too when you reach 1370 or 1415 or something.

The arena pvp build presets are free. Only the gear preset costs blue for extra pages, and gear doesn't matter in arena, it's normalized. o_O

If you do pvp islands and stuff and actually care about winning then you'd want a setup, but yeah otherwise doesn't matter and pretty much every pvp island is like 10-20% more reward for winning than losing, so I wouldn't say it's worth blue crystals.

Unlocking some rows in roster storage is good(I unlocked I think until it jumps to 200, first few are like 20-30 or whatever), card album too if you're opening all your decks, the ship skin on the shop and the mari shop stuff but otherwise don't feel like there's much to spend blue crystals on. Una completion tickets I bought a stack of them so I don't have to worry about missing some dailies(I have my ghost ship now so won't even use that many anymore).

He said he needed gearsets for "1v1 and 3v3 pvp" which is the arena, not open world. No one gives a shit about island pvp anyway. Not that it matters, I had a minute to kill while sitting in a a queue and decided to give him a hard time for the lolz.

Can't start the game. Anyone seen this? The only fix I can find is to repair the Easy Anti-Cheat installation files and check Steam files integrity. Done that, didn't work.
Unloaded RTSS, MSI Afterburner, just in case, but that didn't help either.

Finally got a Boss Rush ticket and did it for a weekly quest. But I cant complete the quest. Theres only abandon even if it says its completed.

Should be above quest tracker where you complete it like all other quests without a quest giver.

I'll take the spot if its available. About to hit T2 on my Paladin, just named Onoes. Been playing everyday, sometimes for 10 hours, sometimes just to log in and claim shit. Think my total playtime is 150ish hours, still having a lot of fun.

Thats a lot of hoops to jump through with Mari shop. If he really did spend that much, then he likely hit up gold sellers. Which, as bad as gold is inflating and the fact that tier 1 mats sell for a fraction of what they did two weeks ago - even if he was a billionaire, spending anywhere near that much on this game is just idiotic.

I wouldnt be surprised if he just said it to try and "confirm" that the game is P2W and get some kind of shitty street cred that he was wealthy enough to do so.

When watching shroud last week play this for a few, he was whaling it up, or at least trying to. Steam basically put a stop to it when he made too many $100 purchases too fast, locked him out. So then what does he do? Starts asking his buddies on discord to send him steam cash and he will pay them back DOUBLE. I mean I know the dude is rich and dropping a few hundo or a few grand on a game is like nothing. But still, you could see it in his rabid eyes. This was all to get his new sorc alt to t2-3. Just in the hour or so I watched him he must of hit that $99.99 at least 5-6 times.

I am highly amused by this. The gear won't even last very long, would have been better to burn the 8k but hey, hopefully it went to the shop (rather than gold farmers) to churn that profit for more classes to get released. I can dream of a world where Amazon is rolling in cash and someone informs them about the Scouter class, which will attract every whale!

No, I meant gearsets for PvE builds. I just was lazy and wanted to save typing, so the post looks confusing, I admit.

People don't understand that it's all done for content/subs. These guys write that shit off on their taxes and then farm another 2,000 subs on the "reaction". Or a few million views on the, "TWITCH STREAM WHALES HARD" videos.

Asmon "quits" Elden Ring, makes a YouTube video about it, how difficult it all is, and then plays it again 2 days later.
