You take the *tradeable* guardian stone fragments, destruction stone fragments, star's breath, and T1 leapstones that your alt is getting, and you sell all that shit on the AH and use the proceeds to buy T2 stones, breaths, and leapstones that you're missing.

Honestly, I haven't found alts to really be that much of a "boost" tbh - in regards to honing. You shave off a day, maybe two if they're in the same "tier" as your main. It's far better to just sell their mats and capitalize on the busted economy IMO.

The sooner you get those alts to t2, the faster they can feed each other to tier 3, where you're really going to want those extra mats every day. Plus, you don't really notice how helpful they are at first, because of all the island mats in tier 1 and 2.

I have 1 of my alts in T2 and 4 more sitting at 460. Will probably push them all up to T2 in the next week and pay for the knowledge transfers because gold is plentiful and time is not. Literally raining gold selling all the extra mats.
At the pace I'm going it feels like getting ALL of them to T3 is going to be easily doable by the time the next content update is released.

So I can rush and sit on my ass waiting for Argos? You'd be a fool not to sell your T3 mats in this inflated economy. Especially since mats will get cheaper and cheaper as more and more people get into T3. Worst case, you just buy back the mats when the prices drop. On top of that, they'll probably do another "catch up" addition when Argos does release.

I spent 14k pushing my last couple pieces to 15 for tier 3. And I have a lawmaker's chest that I paid 2k for and they are currently selling for like 15k. I have 2 alts in t2 and my first alt account is at 580 GS.
