No idea. I'd definitely lean towards the latter. I went to New Jersey and New York for 'Superstorm' Sandy functioning as a FEMA resource but I never heard of any regions. We had dudes there from Texas and California and Michigan so I'm not even sure what a Region even dictates unless it's just the management.

He has total freedom to post whatever shit he wants to, there is one thread on the entire forum that he was asked not to do that, because it is disrespectful to go in there talking a bunch of dumb shit about cancer to people going through real life stuff who, for whatever reason, chose to share with everyone here. And then to attack those people. He knows very well what will happen if he goes in there and he kept doing it. He asked to come back, here he is, no big d. It needs to be clear though, the rules in regard to that thread haven't changed. I don't mod much of anything anymore but I do hope that everyone has some fundamental amount of humanity so as not to seek out and attack community members suffering from sometimes terminal diseases.
