Real hard to believe anything said by a guy that lost his job because he was telling females that he was prosecuting that he would go easier on them or drop the charges if they would have sex with him.
Wasn't it actually victims in cases he was prosecuting?

Duffin's ruling on BD was affirmed by the 7th Circuit. State has 90 days to retry, release, or get the Supreme court involved. Not looking good for the BD guilters.

Besides the body and being the last person to see her I guess zero evidence.

The blood in the car, the car key, magic bullet and Brendan testimony, although never used in the trial.

Honestly keep in mind that this is a documentary that focuses on only one side of the story. We did not get to see the entire trial, nor did we get all the facts. Although definitely some fucked up shit going on.

The Brendan thing struck me as being more shocking than anything. Here we have a 70 IQ kid being literally railroaded to life sentence on just some shit they coerced him to say and a lawyer that colluded with prosecution for yet another confession instead of helping him. absolutely zero evidence.

The kid is pretty much getting out unless that shit hole state decides to fuck him again.

I doubt they can get another conviction though after this netflix series was released, so he's pretty much coming home.

Still dumber than koko the gorilla retard, just spent 1/3 of his life and his entire adulthood in prison, so i'm sure he'll end up fucked either way.

Yeah not the brightest bunch, are they? Still to exploit people like that like the show portrayed is fucking wrong on so many levels and gives us all an insight into our fucked up justice system and how immoral and injust it is. Presumed innocent my ass.

Brendans testimony was used at trial wasn't it?

The bullet was an obvious plant. After KZ had it analyzed it has wood embedded in it. It was found in the center of the garage.

Chukzombi Chukzombi - they are still there. If you follow KZ on social media she posts about it incessantly since she filed his brief.

As a side note, for anyone who enjoyed this, I highly recommend the podcast Serial.

New suspect? Steven Avery's nephew looked at images of Teresa Halbach and mutilated dead women, lawyers say

Forensic testing of the Dasseys’ home computer found “images of Ms. Halbach, many images of violent pornography involving young females being raped and tortured, and images of injuries to females, including a decapitated head, bloodied torso, a bloody head injury and a mutilated body.” Many of the images of these young women “bear an uncanny resemblance to Ms. Halbach,” the document reads. The attorneys say the searches on the computer were isolated to times they knew that only Bobby Dassey was at home.

That article makes it seem like he is guilty, his lawyer knows he's guilty, they have no shot of getting him out of there, and so they are going to blame the fucking retarded nephew again...

His own lawyer asking the court to dismiss a documentary that makes him actually seem innocent... what the fuck? That documentary is the only reason she's even on his case.

Im confused. none of what you say here, seems to have anything to do with Fedors post. what are you talking about?

Also, yeah. First posts in this thread, including yours, all pinpointed right on Bobby. Documentary definitely put him into suspect. yet, never followed up on it, inexplicably. Never talked about why the Cops didn't look at him deeper, or explain the giant holes in his story.

Oh I definitely misread part of the article. She asked the court to reconsider its disregard of the docuseries. I thought it said she was asking them to disregard the documentary itself.

The first post in this thread that I made is me being appalled at the way the nephew was being coerced and intimidated. Never even once did I think the kid was guilty or say so. But I'll give you a pass on that since I misread a part of the article in question so I guess I can't call someone out on misreading what I had written in my posts on the subject matter.

P.S. I was commenting on the entire article Fedor posted, not just the little snippet he quoted.

Wut?

If anything the article implicates Bobby Dassey, who while also probably dumb, isn't the retarded nephew we would assume. You sure you're not getting your retards mixed up?

And how does the article make it seem like they know he's guilty?

I think you are confusing Brendon and his brother Bobby?

Just finished it:
...
One thing the series glossed over very, very quickly

In either episode 5 or 6 I think it was, when Randy Tadych is testifying about seeing Bobby Denson (Brendan's brother) driving his truck to go hunting. They quickly ask him "Isn't it true you were trying to sell Bobby's .22 caliber rifle to a third party?", and the murder weapon was a .22. Yet that was the only mention of that in the entire documentary. What was up with that?

If there were the images they say on the Dassey home computer and Bobby accessed them when they know he was home alone, the chances are high Bobby would shock-brag to Brendon or he'd find them, right. Might explain why Brendon seemed coerced into a confession, but also had some fucked up imagery in his head.

Maybe Bobby is just sick and doesn't even do it, the boyfriend does, but the second he hears she's dead and the cops are after Steve he realizes it's the best way to not get falsely accused himself.

Bobby prolly did it though. Or people still sure it's Steven because the cat incident was a gateway to human torture rape murder?

the only way steve is going to get out is if a higher court outside of that corrupt county rules on it and thats likely never to happen. the same corrupt judges have to keep avery locked up because the implications of a huge lawsuit and scandals and cops and judges facing jail time would utterly destroy that county. kudos to that chick for sticking with it, but she is wasting her time.
