Much as the chickenhawks don't like to hear it, the best thing to do to Russia to get results is to keep piling sanctions on top of them. Their economy is currently teetering on the edge of an End-of-USSR-collapse level of implosion, so just keep squeezing the fuck out of the rich people and they'll...arrangefor a moreusefulpolitical leadership. Well, either that or Russia will collapse into civil war, mob rule and corruption again.

Possibly the BUK used to shoot the airliner down. Apparently the encoded timestamp is before the attack on the airliner but that can be easily faked.
