It's fucking bizarre, I know. If I were in your shoes I would assume nearly all the things you guys have assumed as well. But after spending nearly the entire weekend with her, and talking quite a bit, everything appears to be on the up and up.
It really does seem the universe has conspired, through both her personality and by dint of luck, to put a cute, fun, and perfectly sane girl in the position she found herself. It is certainly unlikely, but not impossible I suppose.
I really kept my ears open for contradictions, I payed attention to possible signs one would expect from someone that was prone to lies or manipulation. I'm not a social retard and I feel like I would have spotted at least a little something. I mean, it is also possible she posses a level of psychopathy rivaling that of serial killers giving her unbelievable abilities in deception, and it has only been a weekend, but I really do think things are as they appear.
The potential major issue is the far more mundane one of things not working out in normal ways and her being extra hurt by that since I am her first partner. That at least is both common and likely
Also, I can't ask her father anything as he died suddenly when she was 14 (both of my parents are dead so we bonded a bit over that subject), she's lezzed out once, after talking a bit we think the guy she was kind of seeing when she met me might actually be gay and still in the closet because his father comes from a Muslim country but we can't be sure because we don't know how religious that side of his family is, she has a pretty tiny frame and from what I've seen on Facebook has never been fat.

You have to ask yourself if it matters if it is a lie or not. If it does not matter to you, STOP LOOKING FOR THE LIE. If it does matter to you, be careful to not obsess over it or you will find the lie if it is there or not.
