...and I made him smoke two packs of cigarettes a day and force fed him high calorie trans fat foods for 25 years and told him to never ever exercise or eat a salad and to be sure and smoke weed as often as possible for good measure. It worked like a motherfucking charm.

Personally I didn't want to be in my mid to late 50s when my kids graduated high school and run the chance in missing out on grandkids due to men in my family not often living long beyond 60 and even if I lived longer I wanted to be able to play with them without worrying about breaking a hip.
So I personally knew when younger I wanted kids at an early age. I guess you need to probably see where you stand in it. It's a big picture to think about, not just the now.
You can still bang chicks 10 years younger but adopt if you truly feel that strongly about it.

I just turned 41 and am only now considering marriage to my current girlfriend. We've been together for 4 years. I wouldn't have it any other way. I loved being single and dating through my 20s and 30s(and am very happy I didn't impregnate any of my ex's). That said, my girlfriend is pregnant and expecting any day now, so may as well just call me married now.

I didn't get married until I was 36. I highly recommend it. Just don't be desperate. Keep playing the field till you find one worth putting on lock down.

This is a tough question. I am in my late 30s and beginning to ponder this debate as well. Ideally I'd like to meet someone who can handle my level of insanity but I have yet to find her.
Another tangent, do most of you keep your internet shit-posting life hidden from your significant other? My last situation with a women I would have considered dating went bad pretty quickly. Basically, us trolling each other and me winning (aka losing) by out drunken shit-posting her.

Someone hit my car and drove off last night.
Nothing major. Superficial damage. Camera may have caught the incident, police are investigating it as a hit and run, which in a larger city might just be ignored, but since its here in Lexington, they may not have much better to do.
Filed an incident claim with my insurance, which of course I'll have to cover the deductible, which I can also do, so its not even a money issue.
Goddamn though. I really like that car. Fucking pisses me off.
There. Now that I vented that a bit, I feel better.
