I'm not a big Taylor Swift fan, but I saw a picture of her a while back without makeup and I thought she looked at least as good as she does with a bunch of makeup on. I don't think this is the one but you get the idea.
On the other hand, I used to work with a lady who had a really nice personality, nice body, and a reasonably pretty face but she never really wore any makeup and I always thought she'd go from like a 6 to an 8 she would just work it a little.

An issue with posting celebrities without their makeup is that you pretty much know the celebrities by how they look with make up on. So seeing them without makeup comes as a huge shock. Like anyone who has ever grown a beard knows the week following cutting it off is strange and almost like a completely different person is in the mirror.
