For someone who claims they are a 9/10 and get approached by women constantly you seem awfully insecure.

Could be that she's just sick. About half my office (myself included) is out with flu like symptoms right now.

I am pretty insecure, never claimed not to be.

I dont doubt she is sick, I'm just getting over being sick. The part where it was a single message and no attempt to reschedule after lets me know it's a little more than being sick.
