Those Hot Toys look so cool. I'd like one but I'm pretty sure if I get one, I'll end up getting more to get the whole set.

Something that isn't part of a set would be nice though, the Captain Harlock or The Crow look pretty cool.

Marvel's A.K.A. Jessica Jones for Netflix Adds Carrie-Anne Moss

Moss plays a no-nonsense woman who could prove a powerful ally to Jessica...if Jessica doesn't completely alienate her first.

Moss will star opposite Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), David Tennant (Kilgrave), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), and Rachael Taylor (Patricia "Trish" Walker) in the Netflix original series. "Marvel's A.K.A. Jessica Jones" was developed by Executive Producer/Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg.

While watching Thor 2 and the "not raining on me" scene it was implied that Thor was the one making it rain and he wasn't getting wet either. Why did they not pursue these weather powers further?

I think because it messes with the idea that MCU magic is just science. Thor can make it rain in space. Which is... Well, not possible. So the more you explore his powers, the more "its just science we don't know about" goes out the window

That's an Arthur C Clarke quote used in the movie by Jane Foster, but what Thor actually says is that science and magic are one in the same to them. As in they use them together, not that their science is so advanced that it looks like magic.

There IS Magic in the MCU. It's just not real ubiquitous yet or particularly explained.

There's been things on Agents of SHIELD already. Berserker staff, Lorelei and her power over men. Plus, again, Thor said they mix their science and magic. Who the hell knows which parts of Asgard are supposed to be which. Is Loki using science for his illusions, while wearing nothing but rags in his cell? Or Frigga?

Magic is already there. We've seen it, they just haven't gotten in to any real detail about it. Dr. Strange is definitely where they will have to broach it in depth.

Feige has said it's all science (even asgardian super science) until we hit dr strange where they'll explore science or magic.
"if a scientist went to Hogwarts he'd find out how some of that stuff is happening! We're not going to spend a lot of time on that, but there will be some of that. And particularly for a character like Strange, who goes from a man of science to a man of faith and who traverses both worlds. And sometimes there won't be an answer! Sometimes he'll want an answer - 'How is this happening?!' - and nothing."

Thanks. And meh, that shit was magic. He's just prevaricating. Loki's shit was magic. Lorelei's shit was magic. Frigga's shit was magic.
