Winter Soldier made everything better. It set the bar higher for the whole franchise. Ultron was (partly) a letdown because of it, really. But it was a huge boost for this show.

I mean, for fucks sake, the 2nd worst character on the whole show (brodude) suddenly became the best by a brazillion miles, and the worst character became at least tolerable.

brodude=ward? i thought he was fine, i thought everyone was fine with exception of skye. girl was so terrible that her hotness only amplified how much i fucking hated her. after her character became "the chosen one" she is indeed tolerable. not good, but i no longer feel a strong urge to shut off the show when she has an "emotional" moment. its still there, but its a very minor urge now.

i mean he was fine for what his character was supposed to be, a meathead special agent. he didnt fuck that up. when they started giving him depth, like when he touched one of those warrior spears and he had rage issues and then began banging the cavalry, i began liking him. when he went full hydra he became one of my favorites. no issue with him.

Well that was pretty decent. Things certainly have progressed quite a bit. Just as we thought they are using the Terrigen Crystals in the fish-oil route to use Inhumans in place of the normal Mutant storyline they would have done.

They are hitting their stride now IMO.
As long as it stays equal to last year it will be a good season. If they exceed last year I will love it.

there is no 1am spoiler rule. everyone feel free to say what you like about a show without spoiler tag once its aired. that includes uk shows. its up to us posters to be aware of when a show airs.

fair enough, but ONLY if the plot twist is hinting at something that hasnt been officially revealed on the show yet. even then there should a common sense system. you can openly say that you think x is y from the comics, but try to keep it to spoilers if that character has some major event happen to them in a story so it doesnt spoil the plotline of the tv show in case they run that scenario.

Yeah, since I'm on the west coast, if there is a show I intend to watch I simply don't click on the thread anytime after about 4pm my time because someone might have seen it early and commented on it. It seems like common sense to me. Conversely, if you know something before it airs, you should be using spoilers because otherwise you're just being a dick.
