Here is my critical analysis:

I would like to pee in both of their butts. Together, separate, repeatedly, whatever. Pee. In butt.

Of course it is. It shows that you have a very high regard for the attractiveness of a young lady.

What would really be cool is if the movies being released had immediate impacts on the show

Coulson has been in nearly every Marvel movie as a small role, is he back in Thor 2? I haven't seen it yet. I don't think he was in Ironman 3 as he was dead at that point, but was wondering if he was in any of the later Marvel movies (not listed on IMDB if he is), and maybe there is some plot info in them about how he came back to life. Maybe Thor/Odin felt bad that Loki killed him, so they were the ones that redid his heart?

from some stills that are showing up on the net it looks like Thor himself shows up in at least a cameo appearance on the show. Commentary has been made that the show will move forward along with the marvel movieverse and so we can expect references to the dark elves attacking etc to show up in the show after Thor 2 is released.

"The Well" was written by Monica Owusu-Breen and directed by Jonathan Frakes.

As far as The Avengers are concerned Agent Coulson is dead. He was not in Iron Man 3 because there has been no reason to tell Tony Stark or any of the Avengers that they have been manipulated by Nick Fury, they are bound to be pissed off about it and they are heavily armed.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that whole manipulation angle.

Well that is bound to get out if he is flying all over the world doing missions for Shield. Especially if they want to tie the show to the movies, would be strange to exclude the one guy who actually ties the series to the movies. They get help from Bruce Banner with something. Bruce learns he is alive, gets angry, turns into Hulk and ragekills generic gi joe who tries to do... whatever he could do against the Hulk, they calm him down, get Hawkeye as a replacement and show will be better forever! Make it so!

Arrow has a lot going against it. the dialogue and the lack of charisma of stephen amell is very glaring. that being said, arrow moves quick. the writers may not be very nuanced in character driven dialogue but lordy can they move the plot along. and as szilia pointed out, skye and felicity serve 2 very different roles. it's hard to compare their characters because felicity's character isn't really all that important to the story, her skills are. it's almost the other way around with skye.

I've said it before in the first Arrow thread. Objectively on many levels it's a terrible show. I still enjoy it a great deal anyways. And yeah Skye and Felicity really aren't very comparable even if they have a lot of similarities. They are very different parts of their respective shows.

Maybe it's just me, but I give arrow a lot of slack just because they don't treat their viewers like child idiots. It never feels like they are hamfisting any point home. Well... Except that THE ISLAND CHANGED ME I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT BUT IT CHANGED ME OKAY!

You're crazy, arrow is the same type of storytelling as all the WB shows. They are all made for teens who have the attention span of a goldfish.

If you think that show isn't dumbed down for that audience, then maybe you are it's target!
