That doesn't make a difference. It's is a contraction for "it is". "You are it is target" makes no grammatical sense regardless of whether you are talking about a singular show or shows plural.

Teens are a different demographic than 18-49, or even 18-34. Feel free to nitpick the eighteen/nineteen thing. You said teens, but you can change it so we're in agreement.

Anyways, I'm liking this show. The chick is really entertaining and fun to watch and obviously seriously hot. Phil actually has an interesting character arch so far. He's not the average flat character you'd expect in a show like this. I can see some real depth taking shape. The show just needs to get its bearings and find a nice sweet spot. I really like the jet being home base.
