I think the rule is that foul balls (in the infield) cannot actually be reviewed. You can only review a foul call if it is in the outfield. So if they called foul ball then there was technically nothing to overturn. You CAN review a hit by pitch.

So I think the Astros were calling for a review to get the hit by pitch call, but it turns out since they called it a foul tip then nothing can be overturned anyways.

It’s dumb IMO but I still have to say MLB’s review system is far and away better than any other sport I’ve watched.

One of the greatest things I've ever seen, was at a Don Rickles show back around the early 2010s

He singles out someone in the front row and starts asking them questions:
