Awesome episode tonight. It felt a lot like Kelvin's win over Bubba last season, with the extremely overconfident veteran getting choked out by the young fighter.
Next week: The Grimmlokk Dream Match! 135 lbs dudes, and the striker has a fucked up hand!
It was really obvious with the way they kept showing her on camera talking about how good she was, and how much more experienced she was. With all the build up in the commercials, and all the shit talking she did, it was clear she was going to lose.
Holy fuck is Rousey a sore loser.
Oh, should we put TUF stuff in spoilers, or is it fair game after it has aired?
1) BJ coming back ? uhg I hope he does not embarrass himself.
2) TUF Ep02 ? Nice story, great build up to an exciting fight. It is interesting to see the fledging?s womans division. I like that fact that some of the newer fighters are in the house with there idols/mentors fighting for the same thing.
3) Really starting to dislike Rousey. Her veteran lost and she started crying and getting all mad that Tate because Tate was happy her fighter won? This is a professional sport lady, Suck it up and take the good with the bad, STOP THE FUCKING CRYING. Worst poor loser i have seen in "professional" sports in years.
That was an exciting fight. It was even at least. Skill-wise? Terrible striking and terrible groundwork. Happy to see Michelle Rodriguez win after 50 minutes of "OMG SHE HAS NO CHANCE AGAINST THIS MEDIOCRE VETERAN!"
If you bought that shit though you probably bought the Matt Brown hype during his season, where he came in with like a 6-6 record and they edited it to look like everyone in the house was terrified of him.
Rousey is stupid as fuck. Legit fucking idiot. If they don't show her teaching folks some judo soon I'm gonna lose my shit. It's the biggest thing she brings to the table(besides a cuntass attitude) and is something really interesting that we haven't seen much on the show, ever. Go in to that shit now please.
Also, I want to put my weiner in Meisha Tate's butthole. Just thought you all should know.
Also also, 135 is the lowest acceptable weight. There's a few guys there with skill and power still. Can't wait to see Mayday demolish Faber, much as I love what Alpha Male has been doing since Bang got there I really want to see MacDonald get a 2nd shot at Barao(after Barao chokes Wineland out).
Said he's not fully recovered yet and voluntarily withdrew from the fight.
Kind of weird because I'm pretty sure he pulled out originally due to a concussion so if he can't be ready to fight in December that is one hell of a concussion he suffered.
Joe Mauer has been dealing with issues from his concussion for like 3-4 years. Sidney Crosby took a year+ to get fully healthy. Shit can drag on like a toe injury.
