YT pushes those clips hard even though I'm pretty sure that if I've ever actually watched a clip about the WNBA, it was one making fun of the league for being such a miserable failure.

My impression from vid titles and thumbnails is that everyone on the opposing team turns into Draymonda Green as soon as they see Clark on the court and when she's not getting criminally assaulted she looks the closest a woman has to actually being a basketball player.

The first video I saw (not this one) doesn't really show it this well, so I can give people the benefit of the doubt when they were waffling. But it's pretty clear in this one that it's obviously intentional.

It seems like fans are calling it out now, but they're also not expecting the WNBA to do jack shit.

I don't watch WNBA, but IMHO the league should have started reining people in long before this, because now they're just being fucking blatant about it. The league hasn't come down hard on anyone AFAIK so why not keep doing this shit?

Oh yeah because a one year downturn in a year that isn't even finished yet after two straight years of being tied for the highest overall finish rate in the last ten years is definitely the kind of thing that needs to be explained with half-baked generalizations like 'they filled the roster with Ben Askrens'.

was wondering how many unranked fighters fought each year, but couldn't find it. did find how many made their ufc debut each year and total fights. covid numbers are still impressive
