Barao is going to need to catch TJ with something good and get a finish. It is just so incredibly obvious that TJ has Renan's number and is able to do whatever the hell he wants on the feet, that I can't imagine Renan winning a decision.

Yeah I agree. TJ is much much quicker, and Barao appears to be fading already. As long as TJ doesn't get caught (and he is being a bit cocky out there) he should walk away with this pretty easy.

I have to wonder if these big sponsors are going to start asking Dana to tone down the shit talking. Surely Reebok isn't too thrilled about how this situation is going down, and most notably how Dana is handling it. Can you imagine any of the major sports organizations head honcho going on Twitter and just bashing people? What a prick.

Doubt it, Shit talking sells tickets and gets a ton of attention, which is what drives the $$. He is their hype man. He is not even the Head honcho, he just plays one on TV. The real head honchos are Frank and Lorenzo. Dana has a role, and this is it.





He is totally an asshole, but is he really 100% dick?




I will say this about the ?Stitch? incident. If you have not been to my house, or met my wife or had beers with me outside of work stuff/parties, if you don?t have my cell phone number in your phone, we probably are not friends.

You said earlier, can the average fan name another cut man besides ?stitch?? I bet they could not even tell you his real name before this. He has a gimmicky nick name and it was on his vest on TV/PPV. NO question the firing was heavy handed, normally I am the first to say, you cant talk shit to your employer and expect to keep your job, but I don?t think he even talked shit In this case. Many fighters have said the same thing, other employees should now know, if they did not before that the power dynamic is a tad different. Fighters bring in revenue, cutmen do not.
