Oh, THAT'S what happened. I missed the prelims and first fight on the main card. As soon as I turned the TV on, I looked at all the blood stains and was wondering what the fuck I missed.

Fuck that shit.

The higher they raise the prices, the more it incentivizes people to seek out pirate streams. In a day and age where micro transactions have taken over the planet because they are so successful, the PPV game is still in the dark ages and alienating their customer base.

Yep. Zero guilt about pirating $80ppv.

I'll pay when I throw parties. Otherwise, 80 bucks is bullshit to sit and watch at home.

At this point I don't even have time to watch the whole event, at least live. I just watch the good fights the next day.

Same, I throw about two parties a year and buy the PPVs. Happy to do it.

But the random B-grade PPV that probably had two fights canceled because fat fucks couldn't make weight, and I am going to be sitting at home all alone watching...

Hah, that is a pretty telling list. Pretty sad.

Oliveira v Gaethje UFC 274 was the only one I'd say "Excited + Delivered".

I was pretty excited about a lot of those, but not all of them delivered. I don't know how you can't be pumped about the first one on the list though. I'd watch those guys spend their entire career fighting eachother.

edit: ok ok, I take it back. I think a lot of the EVENTS delivered overall, but plenty of the title fights ended up being snoozers.
