Gotcha. Sorry for getting all defensive.I don't give a shit personally, just explaining why he slipped. This year's draft is boring as fuck.

Who's that? The most athletic player in the draft out of the top 5. What is going on?
Harden said no to a contract that was 1 mil less per year than a max deal. Presti told him it was the final offer and his agent told them they were slow playing. He got exactly what he wanted and that was to get paid. The Westbrook injury is the only reason they were not back in the finals this year. It was never a trade that the Thunder were hoping to get the better of the deal, they were just trying to get something for a guy that wouldn't take less money for more chances at a title with OKC. If the Raptors don't play ten times better the later part of the year last year that pick probably would've been top 5 and the trade looks way better.Steven Adams... it is official, the Harden trade is absolutely horrible.
Who is defending it? Presti runs a SA type front office where players are asked (and expected) to take smaller contracts than they could get elsewhere in return for a team that can compete for a title. Harden knew he was 3rd wheel for a contract behind Durant an Westbrook and Ibaka had already agreed to take a few million less than he could make elsewhere because he likes OKC. Harden was offerend a million less than max which was shocking given Presti's MO. When he said no it was pretty much a given he was gone because that is how this organization works. Again, if Westbrook doesn't get hurt they go back to the finals and lose again to the Heat so what is the difference? It was a bad trade, anyone who defends it now is just not paying enough attention to the details, nor do they seem to know what the R in front of RFA means
Wolves got Shabazz Mohammed.fucking Wolves, and I hate the fucking Jazz.....I fucking HATE them.
ugggggggh.
The decision to trade him isn't at issue. What they traded him for is the problem. They basically got nothing for one of the 3 best 2 guards in the league. They could have held him (Westbrook wouldn't have gotten hurt because no Rockets in the playoffs) and then traded him for the number 1 or 2 pick + more assets. They completely fucked it up.Who is defending it?
