So...staying or going? Why does it take you so many post to state a clear opinion? It's just the Internet, it's ok to be wrong.I didn't say he was going either.
My posts were making fun of you dumbasses saying there was no way he was leaving because he said he wanted to stay.
He's a pretty good passer...Right on, I look forward to seeing Curry doinganythingother than living or dying by the jump shot these finals.
Because then all they have to do is smother him on defense and have delly play him tight, theres no risk of him trying to drive past delly because that isnt his game. Expect that to continue the rest of the Finals. He's a pretty good passer...
And he mostly lives by that jump shot. Why be a slasher when you can light people up from all over the court with your jumper?
All I've said is that hes a guy who lives and dies on the jump shot. I'm not even sure what we are debatingExcept when he drove at the end of the game to tie it?? Or do we not count that one?
I'd take his style than a slasher. All that does is get guys hurt. He's playing in a system that asks him to take a lot of shots. When he gets going(which is most of the time) he opens so much up. You're being too much of a homer here.
That he's overrated and brings nothing else to the table...that's what I thought anyway? You're certainly implying that curry is a 1 trick pony. I think he's just playing to his strengths within a system. He's going to adjust and hit shots on Delly. All I've said is that hes a guy who lives and dies on the jump shot. I'm not even sure what we are debating
Thankfully someone that shoots 49% from the field and 44% behind the arc taking 9 of them a game doesn't have too many games where his shot isn't falling. He wont get any hate because honestly hes not a versatile premier player like Harden, Durant, James etc. He cant drive it in and draw fouls against defenders, back people up in the paint and score, create inside shots. If his shot isnt hitting then hes just a liability on offense because hes gonna keep trying to make jump shots. Thats Steph curry, IMO hes way overhyped but I'm biased because I dont like him much.
I could see it happening. The Dubs will go into the luxury this year but after that, they have plenty of ways to work the salary cap. They did get lucky on the injury front this year for sure, but the Thunder only have next year to do anything if they can't keep KD. The Spurs are finally actually showing their age. The Clippers just won't get it done with the lack of a bench and Doc Rivers seemingly reaching the height of his coaching potential. You think we will see this match up 3 of the next 5 years? That is highly unlikely. Golden State is a great team but they had a ton go right for them this year. The injuries to the Thunder, Clippers collapsing, and the Spurs going out in round 1 were all huge, just to name a few.
Who else do they have that's a real threat? It's not like LBJ is just sitting back letting the other elite guys on the team carry his ass or anything. Probably pretty easy to key on...of course Kerr will have answers this next game. Cavs may be favored but I doubt they win game 3.That the same Lebron who went 11/35 and got swatted on like his last 3 drives?
I wouldn't try to employ common sense here.Who else do they have that's a real threat? It's not like LBJ is just sitting back letting the other elite guys on the team carry his ass or anything.
