That roughing the passer call was terrible.

It wasn't just the sack on Wilson, there was another almost identical sack in another game today that got called roughing the passer. They coddle these nancy boy faggots like they're made out of spun glass. I can't even imagine the kind of offensive numbers a real man like Marino, Elway, or Tarkenton would put up with the pussy ass way the games are reffed anymore.

It was such a picture perfect example of how they WANT these guys to tackle and they still threw the fucking flag. Lowered his target, didn't touch the head, buried his facemask in the chest so he wasn't leading with the crown. No matter, ROUGHING THE PASSER.

That roughing call was bs, I don't think the Niners win if that doesn't get called but it was a bullshit call.

Well it saved that drive for Seattle. The call didn't win it for Seattle but it definitely lost it for the Niners.

You stop them there and take a touchdown off the board it could be a different game. 49ers suck this year but sad that a bad call like that can mean so much. I really wish those 15 yard penalties and especially the PI calls got looked at.

You take a TD off the board but we are kicking an FG there and the way our D was playing in the 2nd half that was probably enough to win the game.

Nobody is saying the Niners were cruising to a win and the refs stole it away from them. The Seahawks were probably going to win the game even if they kicked a FG there. Ref calls shouldn't be such a huge x-factor in a situation like that though.

That I agree with. Calls like that should definitely be reviewable.

Yup. Officiating this year especially has really made games less enjoyable to watch. And I don't think it is shitty refs, it is the way they are being told to call games and the bloated rule book.

Making everything reviewable would go a ways to helping.

It's going to be embarrassing when the Packers have to go to the NFC South winner as a wildcard. It'll be even more embarrassing when they lose.
