I really don't understand the power rankings at times either so I am just as lost as ya'll on some of these stupid comments that follow their prediction. In fact I can probably do with out your bullshit, just tell me where you think they will rank.

In other news I am still waiting for a Kicker to be signed. 2 point conversions all day, why get 1 when you can get 2 I suppose. Time to make the punter do some extra work!

How is everyone so confused by this.

Column 1: The rank
Column 2: Team name
Column 3: 2013 record
Column 4: Blurb about the rationale

It doesn't really "matter" but one of the huge perks of owning a sports franchise is the owner experience on game day. Like that one dude who owned the NBA team and was forced out. Seemed like he was most upset he couldn't be a pseudo celebrity anymore during game day.

Nobody is confused by the layout. What people are confused about is the bullshit they are spewing that is suppose to be rationale.

You're right, though it would still be a fair prediction=P

A couple of us clearly were=P I assume they were like me and just instantly scrolled down to read their team.
Ha,ya I glanced over the top 10-15 to see if they were what I believe to be legit because anything after, lets be honest is a toss up. The only thing I really don't agree with is the Seahawks ranking as history shows that most teams drop after they win the Super Bowl but with nothing else to go off of really I understand why they feel that way. Benefit of the doubt situation I suppose.

It's been ten years since we had a back-to-back champion.

Mike Fisher made a good point a few weeks ago on a radio program I listen to. Basically he said that the Seahawks reached the top of the mountain, so what is their motivation to go out and do it again, other than to say they went out and did it again? Especially since a second trip is likely to be harder, given that they are now #1 and everyone is gunning for #1.

Yep, I was confused. I thought the records they were showing were predictions, I didn't string it together.

Just their careers, I guess.

I don't know who Mike Fisher, but if all he does is throw cliches around he sounds pretty hacky

I feel like media and fansalwayswildly overstate the motivation factor at the pro level. I mean, it matters but people pretend the only reason teams win 12 games is because they really wanted to super hard and not because they're just a better team. Like Bill Simmons, who I generally like, reallyruns with this shit. He's 100% convinced the only reason the Pats went 16-0(before finishing 18-1) and scored like crazy was because they were so angry about the Spygate stuff. Not at all because they had a HoF coach, QB, and WR all at their peaks. So I guess they were just unmotivated in the Super Bowl is all.

As much as "it's a business" I can't believe that every single player is just out there treating football like a job. I'm guessing it takes a borderline obsessive competitive attitude/lifestyle to make it to the NFL period, much less have a long and successful career. I have to believe the players would bust their asses to win a repeat Super Bowl before playing on an 4-12 shitter even if the pay was the exact same for sucking. Guys like Albert Haynesworth are (hopefully) a small minority.

And yet the Trap Game is absolutely a real occurrence.

Cant believe bears are ranked #12, behind panthers and chargers.

Top 10 team easy.
