I dunno, the Bill Walsh tree gave us Denny Green's press conference meltdown. That's gotta be worth a ring or two.

Then again, it also left us with Gruden on MNF. Thats gotta be one or two in the minus column.

Everybody knows Seifert's win as a rookie was Walsh's. Walsh just couldn't get along with DeBartolo. He also drafted the greatest QB of all-time, the greatest WR (and arguably player) of all-time, and one of the greatest safeties of all-time.

I won't go with best ever, still think Lombardi holds that title, but he is certainly right next to him.

Look at the overall impact Walsh has had on the game of football versus Noll. The majority of the teams in the NFL run some variation of the west coast offense.

I will agree with you that Bill Walsh is definitely the greatest head coach of all-time, but Noll would probably be his defensive coordinator if we were building a "greatest coaching staff imaginable".
