okay well the single most difficult thing in sports is hitting a fastball, so yea once again if good hitters can choose their spot then we should at least expect a great to perfect kick every time

edit: hell even golf is 1000x more difficult. If tiger is putting balls on the green on his 2nd or 3rd stroke... i mean
So you say hitting a fastball is the hardest thing to do and great hitters fuck it up 66% of the time at bat. Great stat. If only competent players were swinging at these fastballs we'd see people with 0.9 averages.

so difficult that even hitting it a 1/3 of the time identifies that superior athletic people are capable of doing a lot more than the typical NFL punter.

Tell me why we cant find a guy with the build of most NFL backers that can kick a fucking ball? Really, this is such an exclusive, rare talent that the typical NFL kicker is allowed to serve no additional purpose?

Well, I tell you then - this fucking guy better be kicking 70 yard field goals and 60 yard corner coffin punts EVERY TIME.

Not really anything different than we've come to expect from the Bears. Every drive will end with either a touchdown or a Cutler pick/fumble.

Cutler will pass for 35+ TDs this season. You heard it here first.

I look forward to the 30 interceptions that come along with it, unless he recreates his best years (yes 3 times) and throws 28 interceptions to match the 35 TD's. Cutlers best years he has only thrown 7 more TD than interceptions. You should tweet that to Eli Manning, I bet he looks forward to the competition of throwing the most INTs this years.

I'll respond to this trollbait:

If I were a betting man, I'd definitely take that one.

His best year he threw 27 TDs against 26 (league leading) interceptions. The year after that he was sacked a league leading 52 times. He hasn't had a 20 TD season the last three years since then.

tl;dr Cutler's will to play the game is gone.

I want one crazy rule added to football. The only person that can attempt a kick(punt, FG, or XP) is someone who has been on the field for every play since the last 1st down.

It would be awesome. You'd end up with linemen or QBs having to kick.
